Using wich IP to log in?

Well I've tried to log in on the old Ip and it didn't work. I tried to log in with the new Ip and it didn't work either. I also saw that the Official Server site, wich if even given on otserv list at the new Ip, doesn't work either. So my question to you all is: Is the server offline, Am I using the wrong Ip, If so, tell me the right Ip, or is there something different going on?
